Went to see democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg speak to a full house at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver Wednesday night … spur of the moment.

Have to say, I’m a fan of Mayor Pete. I know he’s got his work cut out for him in the coming months, but I’m pulling for him.

Given what happened in 2016, clearly there are no scenarios that can be discounted. So, even though Tracey and I had a nice spot up near the stage, I decided to roam around a bit with my camera and make myself a record of the night … just in case Pete and Chasten find themselves packing up and moving to Washington next January. Just imagine … sanity and decorum at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

With so many serious, pressing problems demanding urgent attention, chaos and unpredictability can’t be our guiding principles. The downside consequences are just too dire.
